Valbom 96, located near the El Corte Inglés shopping center and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, will be transformed into the headquarters of one of the largest and most well-known Portuguese law firms.

These adaptation works will be undertaken by Savills, a company focused on providing its clients with comprehensive technical solutions to optimize building space usage and maximize its potential.

The project aims to divide the Valbom 96 office into two modules.

The first module will be the operational workspace for the law firm team, designed as an open space. The existing auditorium will be renovated and modernized.

As for the second module, it will be transformed into three floors: the reception area, the administration floor, and the back-office/financial floor.
